Avi Loren Fox, Creative Director & Business Consultant

My journey as a business owner began in 2011 when I opened my photography studio, known for its candid and vibrant editorial style. In 2014, I launched a fashion business, Wild Mantle, which specialized in bespoke hooded scarves and garnered an international customer base. In 2018, I pivoted to business consulting, embracing my passion for the art of small business to help other entrepreneurs strategically overcome creative and operational challenges. I’m also a Udall Scholar, a Starting Bloc Social Innovations Fellow, and a proud chicken owner of three Rhode Island Reds: Marigold, Penelope, and Fiona. I spend time both in Philadelphia where I have my home, and working remotely from the coast of Maine and other fun locations. Becca Langman, Project Manager

Becca is a 2022 magna cum laude graduate of Tulane University, where she studied psychology and design. She was born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, and plans to continue her future career endeavors in the Philadelphia area. She is well-versed in organizational management, project planning and website development and design. With an interest in fashion, she has a certificate in fashion styling at the Fashion Institute of Technology. In 2023, Becca launched her styling business, Because It’s Tuesday

Becca works behind the scenes at Avi Loren Fox LLC on a variety of client projects including websites, photography, branding, and operational organization. Becca also loves to travel and has enjoyed her time spent living abroad in Israel and Italy.

Briana Burton, Project Manager

Briana graduated from Temple University in 2018 with a BA in Strategic Communications with a focus in Public Relations. Briana is an entrepreneur, fashion designer, and educator with over 10 years of experience working with youth through nonprofit organizations, and schools. Her expertise includes website development, marketing, writing, team management, interpersonal communication skills, and planning/coordinating.

In 2019, she founded Hems & Brims, a virtual mentorship program for Black teenagers ages 14-18 who are interested in a career in fashion. Hems & Brims connects students to fashion industry professionals who will support their journey toward a career in fashion. Their mission is to close the disparity gap in fashion by offering resources, connections, and support.

Alongside her role as Project Manager, she is a Sewing Instructor for elementary/middle school students in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
